In an effort to bring more positive energy and activity into my life, I began using positive affirmations. I meditate on affirmations for health, abundance, love, and well-being daily, and I use them to try to change my energy when I'm sad or in a bad mood. I know everyone of us expects a long life with abundant health. With the advances in modern medicine, who couldn't have those expectations? Although we do live longer and have miraculous treatments and cures, it doesn't stop people from getting sick. Many have read or seen my AVM Survival Story. I am blessed and lucky to live through something many others do not, and I pray for blessings on their families. After living through a frightening health scare, I've spent my life learning and trying to exemplify picture perfect health. I dove into nutrition and exercise. Now, I've added affirmations for health to my health regimen.
Since beginning to use the affirmations, I've seen my health improve in areas. I've been able to drop a medication, embrace others and learn to explore and discover the nooks and crannies of my best health including my best doctors.
